STAREH STUDIO: a man with bleached curls, a gold chain, a link bracelet and rings, arms folded over his knee

In Old Persian, stareh means star. Esther Gokolo fell for jewellery through her mother’s. She couldn’t find pieces that felt original at a fair price, so she taught herself to make them. She launched STAREH STUDIO in Paris in January 2025: unisex pieces you can wear every day, for years.

She draws everything in 3D, and an artisan finishes it by hand at the Paris atelier. Esther’s own name comes from the same word as the house’s.
